I am getting the following message in trying to run VS Update 3 which I had to type in because this web site does not allow pasting. The link takes you to an empty Microsoft Support search page. A search on the kb brought me here. Turning off the firewall is not an option on Navy machines. So not only did the OP not get an answer but any one with the same issue did not get an answer. And this from a forum moderator. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
